Customer Survey – the results are in!
Thanks to those schools who participated in our customer survey at the end of last term – those who participated were rewarded with an Amazon voucher by way of a thank you. Your feedback is really important to us, and we will be continuing to ask for feedback over the coming months.
Our highest rated features were:
- Formative assessment of children with wide ranging needs including SEND
- Comprehensive live, online reports and analysis for school leaders, teachers, parents and children.
- The latest mobile App technology for Teachers and Parents (video, photo, and audio)
- On-site training and dedicated phone and email support
You also gave us lots of suggestions for improving the product, so our development team will be working through those and prioritising them over the coming months.
